用途と特徴
本工作機械はピストンリング内円精車とR溝切り専用NC工作機械に属し、主にピストンリング精ボーリング内孔とオイルリング内孔R溝車の加工に用いられる。R溝を加工する時、環高不等に基づいて1-4枚の環を同時に加工し、各環R溝の深さが同じで、偏差がないことを保証する（0.02 mm未満）。
USES and features
DX15-1 type lathe CNC internal circle. The machine is inside the piston ring round finish turning and cutting R slot CNC machine tool, mainly used for piston ring precision boring hole and oil ring inner hole R tank lorry processing. Machining according to the ring high range at the same time when R slot 1-4 ring, ensure that every piece of ring R as deep groove, no deviation (less than 0.02 mm).
